KRÁLOVSKÝ HVĚZDNÝ PLÁŠŤ

Každá hvězda na plášti představuje jednu korálkářku.

Jednu z nás, která večer sedí u svého projektu, bere do rukou jehlu a nit a tvoří. Možná je právě sama doma, možná tisíce kilometrů od ostatních. A přesto v tu chvíli není sama.
Stejnou noc se na svou práci dívá jiná korálkářka na druhém konci Česka, v Itálii, na Slovensku nebo třeba na druhém konci světa.
Díváme se na stejné hvězdy.
A tak vznikne náš plášť.

Každá z nás vytvoří malé hvězdy – obšitý krystal. Já všechny hvězdy postupně shromáždím, zaeviduji a přišiji na tmavě modrý plášť, který bude představovat noční oblohu.

Jedna hvězda je malá.
Ale když se spojí stovky a tisíce hvězd, vznikne něco, co by žádná z nás sama vytvořit nedokázala.

Královský hvězdný plášť.
Plášť, na kterém budeme všechny.
Až se na něj jednou podíváme, každá z nás bude vědět:

"Moje hvězda je tam."
A stejně jako na skutečné obloze nebude záležet na tom, kde právě jsme.
Protože všechny jsme pod jednou oblohou.

Plášť bude vznikat postupně a poprvé ho představíme na Beading festival Prague 8.5.2027, samozřejmě že součástí bude i jmenný seznam a země kdo se zapojil. Znovu se představí na festivalu 2028, Po něm se budeme chtít pokusit o zápis do České knihy rekordů. Plášť chceme darovat do expozice Národnímu muzeu skla a bižuterie v Jablonci nad Nisou.

Jak se můžeš zúčastnit- zapojit do mezinárodního projektu:

1) Kup si malý, nebo větší balíček u Oktabeads.eu  ( bude tady brzo!
2) Obšij Swarovski rivolky rokajlem z balíčku, návod jak na to máš tady:

Určitě u každé rivolky nechej cca 30cm dlouhou nit, kterou bude přišitá k plášti!
3) Hotové dej do sáčku , na papír dovnitř napiš

* telefon
* email
*zemi, ze které odesíláš!
Nezapomeň důležité pro seznam kdo se zapojil.

Na každé hvězdě záleží. Na každém tvůrci korálkových šperků záleží. A společně vytvoříme něco skutečně mimořádného.

THE ROYAL STAR CLOAK

Each star on the mantle represents one bead artist.

One of us, sitting at home in the evening, picking up a needle and thread and creating something beautiful. Perhaps she is alone at home, perhaps thousands of kilometres away from the others. And yet, at that very moment, she is not alone.

On the same night, another bead artist is looking at her work somewhere else – at the other end of the Czech Republic, in Italy, Slovakia, or perhaps on the other side of the world.

We are all looking at the same stars.

And that is how our mantle will be born.

Each of us will create small stars – crystals embroidered with seed beads. I will gradually collect all the stars, register each contribution and sew them onto a dark blue mantle representing the night sky.

One star is small.

But when hundreds and thousands of stars come together, they create something that none of us could ever achieve alone.

The Royal Star Cloak.

A mantle that will carry a piece of every one of us.

And one day, when we look at it, each of us will know:

"My star is there."

And just as with the real night sky, it will not matter where we are.

Because we are all beneath the same sky.

The mantle will gradually take shape, and we will proudly present it for the first time at Beading Festival Prague on 8 May 2027. Of course, it will also be accompanied by a list of all participants, including their names and countries.

The mantle will be presented again at the 2028 festival. After that, we will aim to have it officially recognised by the Czech Book of Records.

Our wish is to donate the mantle to the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou, where it could become part of the museum's permanent exhibition.

HOW CAN YOU TAKE PART IN THIS INTERNATIONAL PROJECT?

1) Purchase a small or large kit from Oktabeads.eu HERE.
2) Bead around the Swarovski Rivoli crystals using the seed beads included in your kit. You can find the instructions on how to do it here:

IMPORTANT: Please leave approximately 30 cm of thread attached to each finished Rivoli. This thread will be used to sew your star onto the mantle!
3) Place your finished stars in a small bag. Include a piece of paper with the following information:

• Your full name

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• The country you are sending your stars from

Please don't forget this! We need these details to create the official list of everyone taking part in the project.

4) Send your stars to us.Please send everything to the following address of the Secretary of the Korálkářky Association:
